ACAS Code of Practice

Changes to the employment Act came in to force on the 6th of April 2009. A new Acas code of practice was introduced to deal with discipline and grievances in the workplace. The Acas code of practice gives clear guidance to employees and employers on how to handle and resolve discipline and grievances.
